JF&CS offers employees a choice between the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care ChoiceNet HMO plan or the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care PPO plan.

Harvard Pilgrim Health Care ChoiceNet HMO

The providers in the HPHC HMO network are grouped into tiers based on quality and cost metrics. By selecting the ChoiceNet HMO plan, JFCS employees will have access to the entire HPHC HMO network, but the cost share for some services will be based on the tier level of that provider.

Harvard Pilgrim Health Care PPO

With the new Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Best Buy PPO Plan, members have the freedom to see any doctor in the HPHC PPO provider network without a referral. In addition, members may also seek care from non-participating providers, but they will be responsible for meeting any calendar year medical deductible, coinsurance or copayments for the covered services. The HPHC PPO plan provides nationwide access to care through United Healthcare’s PPO network.

JF&CS offers dental insurance through Delta Dental. Delta Dental offers access to the largest network nationwide with more than 148,000 unique dentists participating.

Jewish Family & Children’s Service vision insurance entitles employees to specific eye care benefits. Our policy covers routine eye exams and other procedures, and provides specified dollar amounts or discounts for the purchase of eyeglasses and contact lenses.
