The end of one's life can be an uncertain, isolating time. Our services make sure that clients have their wishes met, have someone to talk to, and have company throughout the difficult process.

Our team of professionals bring compassion and expertise to end-of-life services. Our mission is to provide support for both the individual at the end of their life as well as their loved ones. From mental health care for people dealing with end-of-life, to visiting someone at end-of-life in a nursing home or assisted living, to discussing death rituals to provide the client for comfort, our team ensures that these clients have support and company to the end.

If you or a loved one are facing the challenges of end-of-life, please contact Marjorie Sokoll at msokoll@jfcsboston.org or 781-693-5619.
