At this year's event we will recognize eighteen individuals or organizations that are extraordinary advocates for people with disabilities. Our community is blessed with many who support and embrace our clients and others with disabilities, foster their growth and independence, give them opportunities to live full, meaningful, and independent lives, and celebrate their accomplishments. We are excited to honor their contributions.

CHAI (Community Housing and Adult Independence) were the first program offerings of JF&CS Services for People with Disabilities. We have grown significantly and now also offer a full continuum of services for people with disabilities and their families including information and referral, care coordination and coaching, mental health counseling, day and employment services, supported housing, social and recreational groups, and Jewish programming.
