Past Trauma and its Effect on Holocaust Survivors and Other Older Adults

Join us as Carol Laibson, LICSW, Clinical Manager of JF&CS Schechter Holocaust Services, helps us understand how past trauma can affect the aging process.

This workshop offers an opportunity to talk about trauma and possible triggers of traumatic memories and behaviors that may occur as individuals grow older. We will explore strategies for synagogue caring communities that can help survivors of trauma age with dignity.

This workshop will offer additional time for networking. Light refreshments will be served.
