Tremble Clefs Chorus

Engaging in choral singing helps with Parkinson's-related voice and communication challenges. Our Tremble Clefs chorus incorporates vocal exercise and attention to posture and breathing. Try it for free during Parkinson's Awareness month on April 13 or 27.
We meet most Mondays at 10:30 a.m. both in-person and over Zoom.
Bilingual Spanish/English Parkinson's Dance Class

This webinar, run by the Executive Office of Aging and Independence will take place on April 29 at 12 p.m. and will feature Anne Muskopf, OTR/L, Director of JF&CS's Charlotte & Richard Okonow Parkinson’s Family Support Program.
Support Groups
JF&CS offers support groups for care partners and adult children of people with Parkinson's Disease. These professionally facilitated support groups help reduce stress for family members as they learn about the effects of Parkinson's disease as well as sharing concerns, strategies, ways to cope, and planning for the future.
