About
Expert care and connection to support aging with dignity
As our population ages, older adults and their caregivers face mounting challenges. Rising care costs, shrinking support networks, and increasing loneliness intersect with the growing prevalence of chronic illness, neurological disease, and other age-related conditions.
JF&CS offers a continuum of services designed to help older adults remain safe, connected, and respected. Our programs include professional care management through Your Elder Experts, support for people living with dementia and Parkinson’s disease, services for Holocaust survivors, spiritual and communal care, and practical guidance through housing, health, and end-of-life decisions.
As the older adult population continues to grow rapidly, we will continue to expand and tailor our services to help older adults and their caregivers through the later stages of life.
Over the last year, we expanded both the reach and impact of this work as we supported 4,250 people in aging with dignity. In 2025, we deepened our support for Holocaust survivors, broadened access to culturally responsive wellness programming in our home base of Waltham, and brought our proven approaches to supporting people living with dementia and their care partners to a national stage.
As the older adult population continues to grow rapidly—and more families find themselves navigating aging-related decisions—we will continue to expand and tailor our services to help older adults and their caregivers through the later stages of life.
