This Parkinson's Awareness Month, join us for a live online screening of the new documentary "Boys of Summer: Third Base."

Boys of Summer began as a father-son road trip to all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums following a Parkinson’s diagnosis, and evolved into a deeply human exploration of family, illness, resilience, and love that illuminates the often-overlooked emotional and psychosocial dimensions of Parkinson’s.
This award-winning documentary is set to premiere at the World Parkinson’s Congress in May 2026.
Dr. Robert Cochrane, Boys of Summer series creator, will join us to discuss the film. Dr. Cochrane is nationally recognized for his work in improvisation and storytelling, having received grants from both the Parkinson’s and Davis Phinney Foundations.
This screening is hosted by Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in collaboration with JF&CS and JCC Greater Boston.
A link to the Zoom screening will be sent after registration.
