This Circles of Connection support group offers a space where you can be yourself in the company of other women who have lost a partner.

Together, we’ll create a supportive environment where it feels safe to speak openly, listen deeply, and share what this experience means in your own life. By coming together, we can feel less isolated and alone and strengthen our sense of well-being.

This welcoming, strengths-based Circle is completely free and confidential. Sessions are facilitated by trained leaders and hosted by Jewish Family & Children’s Service (JF&CS).

The group will be held Tuesdays, January 13 - March 24.

About Circles of Connection

Circles of Connection uses an evidence-based, trauma-informed model to help us feel seen, heard, and supported as we process the stress and anxiety of our challenging world. It is made possible through grant funding from Combined Jewish Philanthropies, The Beker Foundation, and the Ruderman Family Foundation.

Mental Health Support at JF&CS

Jewish Family & Children’s Service provides a wide range of services to address the mental health and wellness needs of the Boston Jewish community, including support and clinical expertise to the facilitators of Circles of Connection groups.
