Caregiving can be meaningful—and it can also be stressful and full of practical and emotional questions.

This 5-week online support group is for caregivers who are actively caring for an older adult. The group offers a warm, respectful space to share and listen, explore common challenges, and leave each week with helpful resources. Each session will include a focused topic, guided conversation, open discussion, and time for practical tools and referrals.

The group will be co-facilitated by JF&CS social workers Marjorie Raskin and Talia Kesselman.

Important Note

While a group like this can be deeply supportive, it is not therapy. Caring Well is designed to help participants both give and receive support through guided conversation, shared learning, and practical resources. If you are looking for individual mental health care, we invite you to reach out to Mental Health Connect, the free, confidential information and referral service at Jewish Family & Children’s Service, by calling 781-693-5562.
