Director, Center for Early Relationship Support, Executive Team

Noah joined the JF&CS team in April 2023. She has spent the past 20+ years working in the Early Intervention field supporting infants and toddlers and their families throughout Massachusetts. She has extensive experience working directly in the field and in leadership roles at the MA Department of Public Health, Bureau of Family Health and Nutrition in the Early Intervention Division. Noah has a Master’s in Public Administration from Suffolk University and a Master’s in Child Life and Family Centered Care from Wheelock College. She brings strong management, leadership and strategy orientation, along with 20 years of early childhood experience with diverse communities to JF&CS. She lives in Newton and has 2 boys who are growing up way too fast!
