Director of Human Resources, Executive Team
Aurie Chidziva brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience, spanning the full spectrum of HR functions, including management coaching, employee relations, benefits strategy, talent development, and organizational planning. Drawn to JF&CS's mission and values, Aurie sought to return to the nonprofit sector, inspired in part by her early experience as an AmeriCorps volunteer working with incarcerated individuals experiencing substance use disorders. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting employees, and helping organizations create environments where people can thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family. She lives in Sudbury with her husband and their beloved dog, Cuddles, and is the proud parent of a young adult. In her free time, Aurie enjoys traveling, reading, practicing yoga, and solving puzzles.
