We’re pleased to announce the launch of JF&CS Parent Connect, a free, confidential helpline for parents and caregivers of children from infancy through adolescence who are feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to turn, or simply in need of guidance and support. Parent Connect is available in English and Spanish.
 
Parents may have questions or limited supports as they find themselves navigating a perfect storm of caregiving responsibilities—supporting their children, caring for aging loved ones, and managing mental health and financial pressures. Parent Connect offers a place to pause, talk things through, and get help navigating next steps.
 
During business hours, parents and caregivers can connect with a caring JF&CS professional who will listen with compassion, help clarify concerns, and connect families to appropriate resources—whether within JF&CS or in the broader community. Parent Connect is the latest addition to JF&CS’s suite of helplines, which support over 2,000 individuals and families every year as they navigate complex systems related to mental health, disability support, aging, and basic needs.
