The JF&CS Memory Cafe is a free monthly welcoming gathering for people living with changes in their memory or thinking, and those who care about them.

This month, we will learn about and experience the core principles of improv with social worker and improv actor Susan Widdicombe! These include accepting what is offered, staying present, and active listening—to foster connection, playfulness, and joy!
