The JF&CS Memory Cafe is a free monthly welcoming gathering for people living with changes in their memory or thinking, and those who care about them.
This month, dance and movement therapist Donna Newman-Bluestein will get us moving to some irresistible music. If you've got a heartbeat, you've got rhythm! No dance experience necessary.
This event is free of charge. Donations gratefully accepted.
