The JF&CS Memory Café is a free monthly welcoming gathering for people living with changes in their memory or thinking, and those who care about them.

This month, dance/movement therapist, Donna Newman-Bluestein, will guide us to move expressively to irresistible music, in our seats or on our feet as we share the power of dance to inspire, uplift, and heal one another. If you’ve got a heartbeat, you’ve got rhythm. No experience necessary.

This event is free of charge. Donations gratefully accepted.
