Embrace the healing power of nature with guest Sue Novick!

The JF&CS Memory Café is a free monthly welcoming gathering for people living with changes in their memory or thinking, and those who care about them.
This month, discover the healing power of nature with Sue Novick as she leads an indoor Forest Bathing-inspired session of mindful breathing, movement, and sensory exploration. Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku), or “immersing in the forest” is a practice developed in Japan. It has physical and emotional health benefits. Slow down and unwind. Open your senses to your surroundings and experience the natural world in new ways.
This event is free of charge. Donations gratefully accepted.
