An hour-long online support group where community members can discuss feelings and impacts from the war in Israel and rising antisemitism.

Support Group

As JF&CS continues to respond to the mental health needs of the community during this difficult time, we invite you to join us for an hour-long online support group facilitated by licensed therapists.

Participants are encouraged to attend for the full hour. We ask that attendees please turn their cameras on if they are able, and keep the conversation focused on impacts and feelings, rather than opinions on policies or governmental actions.

We will also be holding another session on December 20 at the same time.
