CHAI Services

  • Adult Family Care: provides financial assistance and support to caregivers of adults with disabilities
  • Autism Services: serving individuals with autism throughout their lifespan
  • Clinical Case Management: clinical services for adults with autism spectrum disorder or mental illness
  • Day Programming and Employment Services : employment, volunteer, and enrichment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities

  • Disability Lifespan Solutions: hands-on assistance and advocacy to help meet changing needs throughout the life cycle
  • Residential and Supported Living: a range of options for adults with disabilities who want to live, work, and socialize in the community as independently as possible

  • Social Connections: Jewish programs for adults with mental illness and developmental disabilities

Older Adults

  • Aging and Mental Health Training: train, educate, and consult housing staff and older adults
  • Aging Well at Home: services that support older adults living independently in the community
  • Alzheimer's/Related Disorders Family Support: information, support, and arts-based programs
  • CJP SeniorDirect: information and referral for seniors
  • Friendly Visitor: matching volunteers with elders to provide companionship
  • Guardianship: services for those no longer legally competent to make decisions
  • Schechter Holocaust Services: financial assistance for Holocaust survivors
  • Charlotte & Richard Okonow Parkinson's Family Support: information, support, and arts-based programs
  • Suicide Prevention: provides training for staff of senior housing developments
  • Your Elder Experts: helps older adults and families manage a crisis or plan for the future
