Board of Directors


Robin Gross and her husband, Anthony, live in Newton with their college-aged son and high school-aged daughter. She earned an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Florida and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the George Washington University School of Law. Robin practiced law in Washington, D.C. for over a decade in various positions, including jobs at the United States Department of Treasury and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Robin is a member of Temple Emanuel and is active in the Jewish community. She served as a member of the Executive Board of CJP’s Women’s Philanthropy for six years, co-chaired the Lion of Judah luncheon in 2016, graduated from the Acharai program in 2016, and was awarded the title “CJP Superstar” in 2017. Currently, Robin serves on CJP’s Development Committee. As an active volunteer at her children’s schools (Solomon Schechter Day School, the Park School, Beaver Country Day, and the Dana Hall School), Robin was honored to give back to the institutions that helped her children grow. At JF&CS, she chairs the Compliance and Risk Management Committee. In her spare time, Robin enjoys traveling with her family, spinning, training, hiking, Torah study classes, and baking with her daughter.
