Board of Directors


David Goldstone lives in Newton with his wife Melissa. They have three daughters. David provides legal counsel at Ab Initio Software LLC, a privately held global software company headquartered in Lexington. Previously, David was a partner at the Boston office of Goodwin Procter LLC. At Goodwin, David practiced in the litigation department, with specialities in intellectual property, privacy and data security. Earlier, David practiced in Washington D.C. at Skadden Arps, and as a federal prosecutor in the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section of the Department of Justice. David graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and from Harvard Law School, and then clerked for the Honorable Herbert Wilkins of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. He is a member of Temple Emanuel in Newton and previously served on its Board of Directors. David is a member of the Jewish Community Relations Council, where he serves on the Public Policy Committee. For JF&CS, David serves on the Governance and Risk Management Committee, and on the Information Technology Advisory Committee, and volunteers with Family Table. David enjoys spending time with his family, reading, visiting Israel, and playing tennis.
