Board of Directors
Alexandra Rand Simes has proudly served on the Board at JF&CS since 2018, chairing the Development Committee. She has also served on the Strategic Planning Committee, the CEO Search Committee, the Campaign Design Committee, and the Center for Basic Needs Assistance Advisory Committee, as well as co-chairing the 2019 Benefit Gala. She formerly served as Board President of The Second Step, a domestic violence agency in Newton.
Alexandra is on the Leadership Board at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and has been very engaged in parent-teacher organizations at The Rashi School and The Rivers School. Alexandra lives in Wellesley with her husband, Jody, and is soon to be an empty nester. Her three children, Jenna, Daniel, and Jack, are her pride and joy, and she loves being actively engaged in their lives.
Alexandra was formerly a marketing consultant at Fidelity Investments. She received her Master of Science in marketing from Boston University and her Bachelor of Arts in political science from Union College. Alexandra’s leisure pursuits include tennis, boating, and skiing.
