Enjoy great music, gentle exercise, and light refreshments at our next in-person Memory Café featuring dance instructor Art Sullivan!

Art Sullivan has been teaching dance to people of all ages since the mid-1990’s. Art was a professional Country Western ballroom dancer for 30 years and has trained with the Mark Morris Dance Company in Parkinson’s Dance. Art’s Rule #1 is to Have Fun! Join us for some exercise and a great time!

This event is free of charge. Masks are welcome but optional.

The JF&CS Memory Café is a welcoming place for individuals and families living with changes in their memory or thinking. A care partner must accompany participants who need help with personal care.
