Board of Directors


Susan Wilk lives in Newton with her husband, Dr. Richard Wilk, and their two daughters, Hannah and Talia. Susan currently works as a senior consultant at Bentley and Brandeis University. A cum laude graduate from Tufts University, Susan worked at EF Education (the world’s largest private educational institution, with programs in educational travel, language and academic training, and cultural exchange) as Vice President of Sales and Marketing-Europe and Latin America for 14 years. Most recently, she worked as a marketing and sales consultant for World Learning, the School for International Training (SIT), and the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). Susan completed CJP’s Cynthia and Leon Shulman Acharai Leadership program and served as Vice President of sponsorship for CJP’s women’s executive leadership board. She is also a board member for the Friends of Dana-Farber, where she chaired Dana-Farber’s Chefs Cooking for Hope event. At JF&CS, Susan co-chaired the 2020 Women’s Breakfast, chairs the Services for Older Adults Advisory Committee, and also serves on the Development and Nominating Committees. In her free time, Susan enjoys tennis, traveling, and cooking.
