Children with Special Needs

Most youth with disabilities live at home with their parents or other close relatives. These programs are designed for this population, supporting quality of life and helping families prepare for the future of their loved one with disabilities.

Autism Navigation, a program of Disability Lifespan Solutions

Autism Navigation specializes in helping families of youth with autism. We provide education, research, successful referrals, and service coordination through various transition points, including first diagnosis, entering the school system, and during development of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

Disability Lifespan Solutions

Throughout various transitions in a person’s life, there may be a need for guidance with signing up for benefits, navigating medical issues, making short and long term plans, and more. Disability Lifespan Solutions helps families promote the lifelong well-being of people with a variety of disabilities.
