Brookline New Parents Group
10:00 - 11:30 a.m.
Our new parents groups provide safe and nurturing spaces for parents and their babies to give and receive support. Parents with a baby under the age of one are invited to attend. Registration is required.

Fragile Beginnings Support Group
Noon - 1:00 p.m. 
This support group for parents whose babies have spent time in the NICU provides an opportunity to connect with other parents who have shared similar experiences and concerns. Registration is required. 

Dorchester New Parents Group
Noon - 12:45 p.m. 
Our new parents groups provide safe and nurturing spaces for parents and their young children to give and receive support. Parents with a child aged 0 - 3 are invited to attend. Registration is required.

Medford New Parents Group
12:30 - 2:00 p.m.
Our new parents groups provide safe and nurturing spaces for parents and their babies to give and receive support. Parents with a baby under the age of one are invited to attend. Registration is required.

Postpartum Depression Support Group
1:00 - 2:30 p.m.
Our weekly support group for mothers suffering from postpartum depression or anxiety provides a nurturing environment for moms to talk about their experiences. Registration is required.

Parkinson's Adult Child Support Group 
7:00 - 8:15 p.m. 
Join other adults who are supporting a parent or parents with Parkinson's disease to share resources and find mutual support and encouragement. Pre-registration is required. 

Wednesday (1/20)

Melrose New Parents Group
10:30 a.m. - noon
Our new parents groups provide safe and nurturing spaces for parents and their babies to give and receive support. Parents with a baby under the age of one are invited to attend. Registration is required.

Parkinson's Therapeutic Movement and Dance 
10:30 a.m. - noon 
Therapeutic Movement and Dance targets the movement challenges of Parkinson's disease. Registration is required. 

Parents of Toddlers Support Group
1:00 - 2:30 p.m.
A weekly support group for parents of toddlers. The group is open to parents with children who are 1-3 years old. Registration is required.

Jamaica Plain New Parents Group
1:30 - 3:00 p.m.
Our new parents groups provide safe and nurturing spaces for parents and their babies to give and receive support. Parents with a baby under the age of one are invited to attend. Registration is required.

Parents of Multiples Support Group
3:00 - 4:30 p.m.
A weekly support group for parents of twins, parents of triplets, and all parents of multiples up to the age of one. Registration is required.

Sibshops
4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Sibshops gives siblings of children with disabilities the opportunity to share their feelings, vent about being a Sib, and play fun games. We welcome new siblings to join! Registration is required.

Adaptive Yoga and Meditation for Kids
5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Join Abigail Julia of Mockingbird Adaptive for an hour of adaptive yoga, meditation, breath work, and mindfulness. Registration is required.  

Parent Loss Bereavement Group 
7:15 - 8:45 p.m. 
This group offers emotional and spiritual support for adults living with the loss of a parent. Pre-registration is required.

3:00 - 4:30 p.m. 
Care Partner Support Groups help reduce stress for family members as they share strategies, concerns, and ways to cope. Registration is required.

Music Therapy for Kids 
4:00 - 5:00 p.m. 
Join our Music Therapist for an hour of dancing and music with friends on Zoom. Registration is required.

Pregnancy Support Group
10:00 - 11:30 a.m.
A weekly support group for women who are pregnant. The group is open to all women during their pregnancy. Registration is required.

New Adoptive Parents Support Group
10:00 - 11:30 a.m.
A weekly support group for adoptive parents to share the unique experiences of parenting a child through adoption. This group is open to parents and babies up to one year old. Registration is required.

Sharon New Parents Group
10:00 - 11:30 a.m.
Our new parents groups provide safe and nurturing spaces for parents and their babies to give and receive support. Parents with a baby under the age of one are invited to attend. Registration is required.
 

Saturday (1/23)

Inclusive Torah Study
2:00 - 2:30 p.m. 
Join Alex Maslow, our Jewish Life Coordinator, for some in-depth Torah study of the week’s portion. These sessions are designed for individuals of all ages with developmental and intellectual disabilities and/or mental health challenges, but other community members are welcome as well. Pre-registration is required.

This group offers emotional and spiritual support for adults living with loss. Pre-registration is required.

Tremble Clefs Chorus
10:30 - noon
The Tremble Clefs choral group is designed to help strengthen the voices of people with Parkinson's disease. Registration is required.

Partner Loss Bereavement Group
1:30 - 3:00 p.m. 
This group offers emotional and spiritual support for adults who are grieving the loss of a partner/spouse. Pre-registration is required.
