A four-week in-person support group for parents whose babies have spent time in the NICU.

Evaluating Medical Risk in Domestic Infant Adoption

This workshop will provide useful information to prospective adoptive parents about medical information/biological history they may receive regarding their child.

Postpartum Depression Support Group - “This Isn’t What I Expected”

These groups offer the opportunity for mothers suffering from depression or anxiety to meet in a nurturing environment.

HALO Swim and Sing

A family program model with lifeguarded swimming and professional music therapy for children with neurological and other disabilities and their families. JF&CS does not provide supervision.

Kids’ Connection Corner

A free program that provides children with autism ages 10-13 with the opportunity to participate in creative activities while making friends.

The Betty Ann Greenbaum Miller Center for Jewish Healing offers ongoing Bereavement Support Groups that provide emotional and spiritual support for people living with loss.

Balancing Act: Alzheimer's/Related Disorders Family Support

A monthly support and discussion group for adults coping with a parent's dementia.

JF&CS Memory Café

Enjoy coffee, refreshments, and conversation with new friends in a welcoming place for people living with memory changes.

Community Services

TeenSafe Open House for Prospective Teens and Families

Join us for a virtual dessert break to learn about TeenSafe, JF&CS Journey to Safety's response to dating abuse in our community.

Caring Communities Resource Network

The Caring Communities Resource Network (CCRN) supports synagogue efforts to create and sustain caring communities through synagogue and community-wide trainings, consultations, and conferences.

Family Table Distribution Day Schedule

Help set up the pantry, sort food donations, package orders for recipient families, and deliver to recipients.

Bereavement Support Groups
