Center for Early Relationship Support®

Support Groups

Support GroupsThese free groups meet once a week at a set time and location and provide support for parents of babies (birth - one year old) and help them begin to build a community of parents. The model of the groups is based on the philosophy of empowering each parent to find what works best for them and for their babies..
Our free, weekly support groups include New Parent Groups in various communities (including special groups for Spanish speaking parents); Parents of Twins, Triplets, and More; This Isn't What I Expected, a postpartum adjustment group in Waltham; and Breastfeeding Support Groups. We also offer short-term, specialized groups including Mothering After Mother Loss; Mothering Without a Model and a support group for Gay and Lesbian Parents. Our Fragile Beginnings Support Group for parents of preemies is offered monthly by phone and Sleep Conversations are offered throughout the year.
