Aging Well at Home
Provides services to areas that have high concentrations of elderly with the goal of helping people to remain independent by building a self-sufficient community.

CJP Senior Direct
CJP SeniorDirect is a free hotline staffed by eldercare professionals from Jewish Family & Children's Service.

Geriatric Care Management
Helps elders and their families understand and access the vast community resources that are available to elders in the Greater Boston area.

Geriatric Institute
An incubator for new methods for providing services for the elderly, a source of education and information for other professionals in this field and a mechanism for generating research on the effectiveness of various community-based approaches.

Geriatric Mental Health
Provides access to senior adults for high quality, specialized mental health treatment.

Guardianship
Provides services to individuals no longer legally competent to make decisions regarding their health and welfare.

Schechter Holocaust Services
Addresses the needs and concerns of Holocaust survivors and their families and provides specialized programming for children and grandchildren of survivors.

Home Health and Homecare
Blends skilled medical and rehabilitation services with the support, education and care management that makes a difference for clients and their families.

Jewish Healing Connections
Provides outreach and connection to Judaism and the Jewish community to individuals and their families who are ill, isolated, bereaved, or lack access to Jewish supports.

Long-Term Care Ombudsman
A free service provided to nursing home residents and their families in the suburban areas west of Boston, the program protects and advocates for nursing home residents.

Parkinson's Family Support
Provides caregivers, families, and persons with Parkinson's Disease with education, resources, networking and support services that positively impact quality of life.
