 Managed by Jewish Family & Children’s Service and Combined Jewish Philanthropies, the CJP Disabilities Trust and CJP Disabilities Trust II offer ways to set aside funds for a person with disabilities while preserving his or her eligibility for essential government benefits including Social Security and MassHealth. |

| What is the difference? |
This is a third-party trust set up to serve adults with disabilities. This Trust provides an advocate for the beneficiary with at least four (4) occupancy visits per year. |
This is a self-settled trust designed to preserve eligibility for state benefits like SSI and MassHealth. |

Persons of any age with a disability and who are eligible for SSI or SSDI benefits. |
