JF&CS serves individuals with autism from diagnosis and throughout their lifespan to maximize quality of life and independent functioning. JF&CS believes in individualized approaches and customized goals co-written with the person and/or the family served.

The Disabilities Resource Network provides information and referral for individuals and their families.

Services for Children and Adolescents with Autism

Autism Navigation
Facilitates the coordination of services and helps simplify the complex systems of support needed for youth with autism spectrum disorder.

Children's Behavioral Health Services
Family coaching to improve a child's emotional regulation and participation in community and family activities. 

  • Therapeutic Mentoring

    A young adult staff member addresses communication skills and social challenges for youth with autism and related disabilities through one-to-one therapeutic support in the community.

Kids’ Connection Corner
Provides opportunity for children with autism to further engage in relationships, play, and conversation while offering congruent parent and caregiver programming.

Services for Adults with Autism

Clinical Services
By partnering with individuals and their families, our staff help identify and pursue goals that will lead to a more meaningful and purposeful life. One of our case managers specializes in working with adults with autism spectrum disorder.

Day and Employment Programming
CHAI Works offers employment, volunteer, and enrichment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities, including autism.

Disability Lifespan Solutions
Helps families promote the lifelong well-being of youth and adults with any physical and mental health disability, including autism spectrum disorder and Asperger’s.

Social Connections
Jewish social programs for adults with mental illness and developmental disabilities.

Supported Housing
A range of group and individualized supported housing options for adults with disabilities who want to live as independently as possible.
