Outright Gifts
Thank you for your support of JF&CS, which will allow us to provide much needed services to the 30,000 people whose lives we touch each year. All gifts, of any size, are important to us. You may give to JF&CS in the following ways:

Your contribution will be credited to the Annual Fund unless otherwise indicated. Checks must be postmarked, or delivered in person, by December 31 in order to be eligible for a charitable deduction on income tax returns for that year.
Credit Card: JF&CS accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Call the Development Office at 781-647-JFCS (5327) during normal business hours to make a credit card gift by phone or make a gift online any time. Credit card gifts must be received by December 31 in order to be eligible for a charitable deduction on income tax returns for that year.
Appreciated Securities: Gifts of stock entitle the donor to a tax deduction at the appreciated value of the stock with no capital gains tax. For further information about transferring stock, please contact the Development Office at 781-647-JFCS (5327).
Corporate Matching Gifts: Many companies offer matching gift programs that multiply the charitable contribution made by their employee. Ask your human resource department for a matching gift form and send it in with your contribution. Visit www.matchinggifts.com to search for matching gift companies.
Tribute Donations can be made in honor or memory of a colleague, friend, or family member or to celebrate special occasions such as anniversaries, bar or bat mitzvahs, birthdays, graduations, or weddings.
Mitzvah to Mitzvah Baskets
Funds raised through Mitzvah to Mitzvah Basket rentals help families in need celebrate their child’s Bar/Bat Mitzvah, provide camp scholarships, or purchase winter clothes, back to school supplies, or holiday toys.
Donate your Car
Donate your vehicle to JF&CS today and help support vital programs and services for members of the Greater Boston community. Simply visit our partners at Charitable Auto Resources or call 877-537-JFCS (5327). Donating your car is easy - all you have to do is call and a driver will pick up your vehicle from your home, business, or repair shop. Almost all cars are accepted, even if your car has engine trouble and/or can’t pass an emissions test.
