We are looking for Care Coordinators who have extensive experience in the field of human services, preferably with adults with developmental disabilities. Care Coordinators offer assistance and support to clients at home and in the community. Responsibilities include care management and skills training in all areas of independent living (ADLs, social skill development and behavior support).

Educational/Experience Requirements:

Position Summary:
The CHAI Works Program Coordinator works with individuals with mild to moderate developmental disabilities and psychiatric needs, and assists clients in developing volunteer and work skills in an integrated setting.
This is a full time position of 40 hours per week.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field with experience working with individual with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Ability to pass First Aid/CPR/MAP training's
- Must have safe and reliable vehicle to transport clients
- Must have valid Driver's License and proof of car insurance

Position Summary:
The Creative Living Arrangement Program Coordinator works with individuals with mild to moderate developmental disabilities and psychiatric needs. The Community Living Supports (CLS) program helps people with disabilities live independently in the community. This Program Coordinator works with seven-nine clients in the CLS program whom live in a house together in Norwood, MA.
TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Shifts are available on Mondays-Fridays from 4pm-8pm, OR weekend shifts.
Educational/Experience Requirements & Physical demands:

Position Summary:
The Sunday Swim and Arts Care Coordinator works directly with individuals (ages 5-35) with severe neurological disorders during a Sunday afternoon music and swimming respite program. Programs are offered 25-30 Sundays per year and will take place at:
- The Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (JCC) in Newton, MA from 1pm-4pm (staff time is from 12:30-4:30pm)
Salary range is $13-15 per hour, depending on experience. Please indicate which program(s) you are interested in working at.

Position Summary:
The Residence Manager oversees a 24 hour residential program that provides a range of services to adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs. This position helps foster independence and interdependence between our residents and their communities.
The Residence Manager will ensure that the program goals and needs are being addressed. This position is a full time, hands-on managerial/supervisory role encompassing all aspects of running a program(s) from household maintenance to treatment team meetings, from personal care to grocery shopping.
The candidate must demonstrate knowledge of clinical and administrative/management skills. This position requires a passion in the field of disability services and a desire to see that mission fulfilled.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- Masters Degree in related field preferred
- Bachelors Degree in related field or at least four years experience working with people with disabilities, preferably in a residential setting

Position Summary:
The Director of Operations, Schechter Holocaust Services will ensure optimal levels of service and resource provision to the Survivor community and their families. The Director will establish the program’s prominence in our region, and will participate in the strategic planning for the program and the agency as a whole. Interfacing thoughtfully and diligently with the Survivor community, funding sources, partner agencies, and various internal departments is a vital aspect of the job.
Educational/Experience Requirements:

Position Summary:
This position will provide clinical oversight to an innovative new program that will provide outreach services to veterans and their families. The program is based on our highly successful “Visiting Moms” program, but will provide a unique service to veterans returning to their families from combat operations. Volunteers, under the supervision of this Master’s level clinician, will be connecting with these families and providing regular support, assistance, and connection during the often challenging process of reintegration and assimilation.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- Master’s degree in psychology or social work required, independent licensee preferred
- Close understanding of issues faced by those in today’s military required, veteran preferred
- Experience with supervision required, specific experience supervising volunteers preferred

Position Summary:
The Program Supervisor position includes providing direct reflective case supervision for 3-4 family support advocates, providing leadership in planning and running teen parent groups, and assisting with general program management.
Healthy Families is an intensive home visiting and family support program for first-time teen parents 20 years of age and younger. The program goals are to prevent child abuse, support optimal health and development of children and young parents, assist with parental education and economic self-sufficiency, and reduce repeat teen pregnancies.
Healthy Families Central Middlesex provides home based service in the cities and towns of Acton, Arlington, Bedford, Belmont, Boxborough, Burlington, Cambridge, Carlisle, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, Littleton, Needham, Newton, Somerville, Waltham, Watertown, Wellesley, Weston, Wilmington, Winchester and Woburn.

Position Summary:
The Volunteer and Food Coordinator is a dynamic position within the well known JF&CS Family Table, the largest kosher food pantry in New England. This position is responsible for the acquisition and distribution of food, as well as for the recruitment, training, and coordination of the program's volunteers. The food pantry serves approximately 400 families on a monthly basis. This position is full time and works across two pantry sites in Waltham and Marblehead.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- Experience with organizing and managing volunteers.
- Experience with inventory management and processes. Food inventory management a plus.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Position Summary:
The JF&CS Center for Early Relationship Support is hiring a part-time Mentoring Mom for its Project NESST (Newborns Exposed to Substances: Support and Therapy). NESST provides clinical and support services to parents, caregivers, and infants to address the impact of substance abuse and trauma on parents’ mental health, the early parent-child relationship, and infant development. The Mentoring Mom is responsible for providing support, education, service planning, referrals and case management to pregnant women and new mothers whose newborns have been substance-exposed.
This is a part-time position of 21.75-25 hours per week.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post high school experience working with families and children
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with high-risk mothers and their families
- Access to a car and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel within Massachusetts
