Fragile Beginnings Phone Support Group

Free phone group for parents whose infants and children were born prematurely or have spent time in the NICU, with a special focus on navigating challenges and celebrating successes.

Breastfeeding Support Groups

Provides a space for women to gain support around feeding issues and share information and resources.

Adoption Resources Orientation - Waltham

An informational seminar and overview of our programs, costs, and options for those interested in adoptions.

HALO Swim and Sing

A family program model with lifeguarded swimming and professional music therapy for children with neurological and other disabilities and their families. JF&CS does not provide supervision.

Kids’ Connection Corner

A free program that provides children with autism ages 7–14 with the opportunity to participate in creative activities while making friends.

People with Disabilities

 

JF&CS Sibshops Conference

Open to interested participants across New England including adult siblings, parents, grandparents, and family members of children/teens as well as professionals, organizational staff who wish to facilitate a Sibshop in their local community, and social workers who work with families that have siblings as part of the family.

HALO Swim and Sing

A family program model with lifeguarded swimming and professional music therapy for children with neurological and other disabilities and their families. JF&CS does not provide supervision.

Chaverim Shel Shalom (CSS)

A social program for Jewish adults with psychiatric challenges.

Chaverim Chaim (CC)

A social group for adults with developmental disabilities.

Living with Parkinson's: Education, Networking, and Support Group

We encourage anyone affected by Parkinson’s to join us.

ESL Classes for Elderly

This is a free conversational English program for Russian speaking tenants of Morville House and Symphony Towers.

Café Hakalah

A monthly gathering in Brookline for Holocaust survivors. Programs include movies, musical performances, and discussions.

Bereavement Support Group

The Betty Ann Greenbaum Miller Center for Jewish Healing offers ongoing Bereavement Support Groups that provide emotional and spiritual support for people living with loss.

Balancing Act: Alzheimer's/Related Disorders Family Support

A monthly support and discussion group for adults coping with a parent's dementia.

JF&CS Memory Café

Enjoy coffee, refreshments, and conversation with new friends in a welcoming place for people living with memory changes.

Community Services

Military Family Roller Skating Party

Bring your family and meet other military/veteran families during a fun night of roller skating!

Family Table Distribution Day Schedule

Help set up the pantry, sort food donations, package orders for recipient families, and deliver to recipients.
